Positive: The view and location on the beach front was spectacular. The apartment was comfortable once finally inside.
Negative: It was an apartment where we needed to drive to go food shopping or to eat out. This meant extracting our car from a tight car lift where the remote failed to work. One of us had to go to the ground or basement via the passenger lift to bring it to where the car was. The location is basically suburbia on the beach. The process for checking in was painful with Australian Immigration like double checking of documents including banking details, licence, etc. despite the booking being completed via Booking.com (Visa Debit card details known by them). At 73 years of age we didn’t need this kind of stress.
Summary: Complicated and stressful.
