As new owners we're excited to share our "Barefoot Bungalow" home! We instantly fell in love with the classic appeal of this home and it's welcoming vibe! We love the proximity to the beach, the natural light throughout, the family room openness to the kitchen and the numerous areas to entertain. This adorable home offers the appeal of vintage "OIB charm" with bright modern colors & decor. The super cute 4 bdrm, 2 bath is right across the street from the ocean! This home offers so many opportunities to relax: enjoy the ocean breezes from the expansive front deck, sip your morning coffee on the cozy back covered deck while you watch the sunrise or enjoy a cocktail on the bottom deck while you're grilling. This home has so many great outdoor areas to enjoy! Adorable new kitchen with white quartz countertops, tile backsplash & all new ss appliances! Farmhouse kitchen table comes with a built in bench & 4 chairs. 4 good size bedrooms with 2 full baths. Outdoor shower on main level. 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 Queen with a twin & another good size Queen bedroom with twins.. All bedrooms also have flat screen tv's. Home is equipped with fully stocked kitchen for meal prep & little extras such as a coffee bar, games & puzzles. New family room furniture. New laminate LVP in back of the home. (No carpet) Ocean is a quick walk right across the street. Please see pictures for overhead view. Large, quiet corner lot. Enjoy all the beautiful amenities of OIB's beaches, dining, shops, fishing, boating, kayaking, mini golf & nearby golf courses! This home is quaint & full of TLC. You will fall in love with it & OIB as much as we have! :)

Summary: Barefoot Bungalow was exactly as described. The layout was perfect for our family as the grandchildren and their parents had the two back bedrooms allowing them more quiet and privacy. The location was perfect for going to the beach, either right across the street or to the east where we found the perfect cove for children which was shallow and because of a jetty didn’t have the huge waves rolling in. Having laundry access was convenient. Also nice to have beach umbrella and sand toys available to use!
