Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The view was excellent. The space was fantastic for the whole family. Love the bidet and a good supply of toiletries. The games for entertainment were good and updated. We are very grateful there was no mosquitos or insects in the surrounding area even when we went to the balcony. Very relaxing during the night and peaceful. We were able to appreciate the lights and the night.
Negative: The beds were too low and the rooms were too close without sound proof. We were able to hear other couple's conversation. The code for the gate to go into the facility was very hard to manage. Very troubled some. There was no microwave and very limited amount of cooking utensils. No cleaning supplies and not enough blankets for the children.
Summary: We will definitely repeat the visit. Thanks for being reachable quickly.
