This condo sits on the building's first floor, within sight of the path across the parking lot that leads to the beach. Foldable chairs are provided for your beach days and there's an outdoor pool on the grounds to welcome you back in the afternoons. Coligny Beach Park and Coligny Plaza Shopping Center are only half a mile up the road, while excellent restaurants and world-class golf courses are within an easy drive or bike ride.
Begin and end each day outside on the balcony, a wonderful spot for sipping morning coffee, basking in the afternoon breeze, and sharing cocktails at sunset.
Inside, find an open, centrally air-conditioned living space with a compact kitchen, a dining table, and a sitting area with a cable TV. There's one bedroom with its own TV, a DVD player, and a movie library, as well as a cozy bunk nook in the hallway for additional sleeping space.
