Welcome back Mustang Towers unit 102!!
It is a first-floor beachfront condominium. This condo sits just above the dunes and is a newly updated, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 6. The kitchen, living room, and dining room flow together and have a beautiful view of the beach through the floor to ceiling balcony windows. There is new furniture throughout, LVT flooring, and WIFI throughout the condo.
Upon entering to the right is a laundry room with a brand-new full-sized washer and dryer. On left past the laundry room is the guest queen bedroom and shower tub combo bathroom.
Just past the laundry room to the right is a beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Including stainless steel appliances, blender, hand mixer, toaster, Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The kitchen has a bar attached to the dining room with seating for 3.
The huge dining room wood table has a bench on one side and four chairs.
Your guests do not have to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa sleeper as a Queen sized Murphy bed is just across from the dining room table. Right next to the table are the huge soft pillow backed couches and two large comfy reclining chairs. You can soak up the view or watch a movie on the large mounted flat screen T.V. Wake up with the view of the ocean!
Next to the living room is the master king bedroom divided by large wood sliding Barndoors. The ensuite bathroom has a stunning white marble walk in glass shower that is complete with corner shower seat.
There is a pool and hot tub that is open from 9a.m. to 10p.m with loungers and pergolas. The pool ranges from 3Ft. to 8 Ft. and has an upper and lower pool. The hot tub is in a fenced area of the pool that is 3 Ft. deep.
There are trash chutes on each floor that you are asked to not throw trash in after 10p.m. or before 8a.m.
To get to the beach there is a short boardwalk with lights, ramps, and benches on the right side of the building.
On the left side is a fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day.
The parking lot has handicap and guest parking right out front. The overhang at the front of the building is for loading and unloading.
If you have boat, trailers, or Jet Ski's they need to be parked on the west side of the parking lot.
