This condo is decorated in tranquil colors for rest and relaxation, you'll love the overall feeling of spaciousness, serenity and well-being. Wake up each morning to the gentle sound of the ocean, watch the sunrise from your bed!
Extraordinary landscaping featuring waterfalls, ponds, & tropical plants. Located in the Ocean Villas Resort Condominium Complex.
WiFi internet connection inside the condo. Association rules: no pets and no smoking; all occupants must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children accompanied by parents.
First floor features bath, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen furnished with handmade solid cherry cabinets. Living room is also located on the first floor and has Direct Ocean Views, 2 handmade solid oak futons, 42” flat screen TV/BluRay DVD player with cable channels. Leads to a large, Direct Ocean View tiled balcony that is equipped with colonial style wicker furniture.
Second floor features bath and a guest room with 2 handmade solid pecan twin beds/closet/ 26” flat screen TV/DVD player with cable channels. The master bedroom is also located on the second floor and has Direct Ocean Views from the luxurious handmade solid cherry King bed, 42” flat screen TV/DVD player. Leads to a large, direct ocean view tiled balcony that is equipped with colonial style wicker furniture.
Magnificent sandy beach is only steps from your front door! Private beach access to miles of spectacular St. Augustine Beach, lined with dunes, sea oats, and wildflowers. There are 2 swimming pools on site, a fabulous gazebo overlooking the ocean and a lagoon with waterfall and pond.
Child-friendly: stroller, highchair, playpen and child gates provided,.
We also provide beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
Parking is right in front of unit (up to 2 cars).
Appliances inside condo, in detail: washer/dryer, 3 TV/DVDplayers with cable, phone, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, oven/fridege (of course), silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, and plenty of linens.

This resort community is located on the beach on Anastasia Island, south of Anastasia State Park and minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine.
