Situated in a beautiful upmarket beach area this contemporary apartment is in a privileged location just an easy stroll down to the sandy beach of Praia Porto de Mós with its two great restaurants. The apartment has stunning ocean views from its spectacular south facing terrace and no expense has been spared to create its exclusive design with high quality furnishings that ooze luxury. The large outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor pool, jacuzzi and gym are accessed direct from the gated terrace and together make this the perfect spot for complete rest and relaxation for your holiday.
The superb living, dining and kitchen area is glass fronted with 9 meter sliding floor-to-ceiling glass-doors which open out onto the huge terrace. Here there is a large U shaped sofa, dining area and BBQ, sun loungers plus two additional arm chairs to take in the views of the immaculate pool area, garden and the sparkling ocean beyond. Awnings shade the area which is created to give true outdoor living.
Inside, the sleek modern kitchen is fitted with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Italian coffee machine. There is a dining area to the side of the kitchen which can seat 6 people and enjoys views to the balcony and sea outside.
The master suite has a luxurious king size bed offering stunning views across the landscape gardens to the ocean and direct access to the south facing terrace. It has fitted wardrobes and a stylish en-suite bathroom with bathtub and overhead shower. The 2nd large bedroom can be arranged as a twin or super-king and there is a further king size bedroom. Both of these luxurious rooms have spacious wardrobes and sliding floor-to-ceiling glass doors leading to terraces and with views over the valley beyond. They share a second chic bathroom with a generous walk-in shower.
The entire property has Wifi, air conditioning and internet TV in the lounge. The underground car park is available to park your car securely. Within a 5 minute walk from the apartment are 2 restaurants and cafe on the beach and a lovely French restaurant is just across the road from the apartment.
The apartment is also equipped for winter month holidays with underfloor heating throughout and the south facing, wind shielded, terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all day. The indoor pool and gym means that you have everything you could need to unwind all year round.
You have a choice of supermarkets that are within 5 minutes by car and the City walls of Lagos are 1.9k, also 5 minutes by car. From there you can park and walk straight into the town’s Historical centre and explore its myriad of cobbled streets and boutique shops. For golfers, Boavista Golf course is just a 3 minute drive away and Palmares Golf course is approximately 9.5km away.
