Summary: Overall, we had a good experience. The pool and hot tub brought great enjoyment to all of us, and being close to the beach was wonderful. We had 8 kids and 11 adults. The queen beds were not super comfortable. Two of them upstairs felt and sounded like the mattress was covered in plastic. One of them downstairs was a fairly thin mattress. The kitchen was stocked well and there were lots of fun things to do in the house as well as outside. The dart game and pool table were a big hit. When we noticed the hot tub was not working, the owner was quick to respond and come fix it. He also brought a new umbrella for the deck table. We had a fun time, though, and are thankful!
