Guest Access:
You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Please note that there is a shared entry way. The garage has two parking spaces, which is shared with another unit.
Please bring only one mid sized car. Guests have shared access to the laundry, which is located in the garage. Beach supplies including surfboards and beach chairs are located in the garage.

Guests will have access to approximately 500 sq ft of indoor living space.
The Neighborhood:
Mission beach offers a wide variety of local entertainment and hot spots and fun beach and water activities. Belmont Park is the centerpiece of Mission Beach tourism, along with adjoining 30,000 square foot outdoor Wave House entertainment complex.
Getting Around:
Walk to everything in Mission and Pacific Beach. There is a public bus, bus number 8, that runs along the beach and also heads to Old Town Trolley Station where you can catch trollies, buses and Amtrak train.
Other Things to Note:
Coronavirus has been a worldwide concern and has affected all business including short term rentals. We have implemented extra precautions to ensure a worry free stay. Added precautions include sanitizing the following surfaces and items with bleach: floors, sheets, towels, railings, door knobs, remote controls, and switches/switch plates.
San Diego has implemented a strict Noise and Occupancy Ordinance. Quiet hours are 10pm-9am. No more than six renters allowed in rental at all times. All renters must abide by these local laws. Please enjoy Mission Beach, but do not bring the party home. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOME.
