Ocean views from every room including back yard patio, hammock and sunsets that will take your breath away. Your keypad private room and private bath has a Cal King Hybrid Mattress, Chair, Desk, Roku TV, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, WiFi, and High Speed internet. The shared space has a family room, a dining table and full kitchen. You may access all of the space.
Your private room has a vaulted ceiling and large ensuite private bath. There is plenty of storage with drawers built into the bed frame as well as bed side table drawers and the open closet. The garage is fully finished with an epoxy floor and additional locking storage cabinets. If you are musically inclined, there is a weighted keyboard you may play. The neighborhood is excellent for walking. Calavera Hills Mountain Trail is a short drive away. There is also a park walking distance with new outdoor fitness equipment.
