All on one floor, the sun-soaked main house presents three plush suites - each with a sparkling en-suite and one with a private ocean-view patio. The stunning kitchen is an entertainer’s dream, configured with stainless steel appliances and tons of counter space. After fun-filled days on the sand, serve aperitifs in the lovely living room, with its ocean-view wall of windows. Or cozy up before the gas fireplace in the inviting family room. Central AC adds convenience to your stay.
Take in panoramic ocean views from the upstairs casita’s private deck. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen. A plush living area is perfect for movie nights. Summary: We had a family reunion in San Diego and loved how spread out and roomy this place is. The inside was better than expected as far as space. We were there for 6 days and had to ask for extra supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, took 2 days to deliver). Appliances are worn and need to be maintained or replaced. Kitchen in main house is not stocked as well as you might expect. The outside needs some work. It is advertised that there is a water feature - there used to be a water feature but it is now dry and looks crummy. There are 4 flower pots with dead plants. Bulbs in string lights are out. One half of the grass in front of house was brown. Outdoor furniture is looking very worn. The roominess was key for us and therefore we had a great week. Hope the put some effort into the outside and it would be fantastic. The sunsets (you can see from living room) are amazing!!!
