The search for your next vacation rental ends here! Check out this beautiful 12th floor, ocean view vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, small fridge, coffee pot, microwave, small table and chairs, a dresser for storage, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a perfect rental for a couple, group of friends, or a small family! Located on the 12th floor of the Driftwood Building, guests will enjoy a recently refreshed condo with a balcony and incredible, views of the Atlantic Ocean.
As of Winter 2024 the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors! New decor was also added giving this condo a beautiful coastal feel!
This unit features a kitchenette with a fridge / freezer to keep food and drinks cold. There is also a microwave and coffee maker. For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.
Sea Mist also offers numerous indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite restaurants, huge arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to enjoy before relaxing in this beautiful unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests.)
Due to guest feedback, we have recently lowered the cleaning fee! The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our rates reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
