Now available January 1st-March 31, 2025 due to last minute cancellation of our long term winter renters! Prefer to rent all 3 months together but will consider just Jan 1st-Feb 28th rental.
Located on a private street of 8 homes with private beach access just steps away. We are located on the east side of A1A which is rare and means there is no busy road to cross! There is a view of the ocean from the family room and master bedroom. This is a free standing home with a small yard.
The cottage has been remodeled with a modern kitchen and is decorated with coastal flair! Within walking distance are several casual dining restaurants and a craft brew pub. Publix and other shopping and dining options are a very short drive.
No smoking allowed. Small pet friendly with owner approval.

Summary: My grandparents lived in this neighborhood and I grew up visiting for the summer. It was exactly as I remembered and enjoyed reliving the memories. The property was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our host promptly responded to our questions and we look forward to making this an annual vacation. Perfect in every way!!
