This beautiful home has plenty of room with multiple living spaces, outdoor entertaining areas and a sparkling inground pool. The top floor parent's retreat and master bedroom has its own ensuite and private deck, which enjoys amazing views of Coolum Beach and beyond to Sunshine Beach.

*Accommodation Details*
The home encompasses 3 levels which includes 5 bedrooms; 3 have their own ensuites and the other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom. On the middle level, the open plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen opens onto the covered deck with a stunning outdoor dining setting and BBQ. This level also includes a master bedroom with ocean views, 2 other bedrooms, a main bathroom, powder room and the laundry.

The top floor is completely dedicated to the parent's retreat with its magnificent oceans views from the bedroom, ensuite, lounge and private deck. It has a small kitchenette and study nook for those who need a quiet place to work. The lower level has another large bedroom with its own bathroom, and there is a separate access to the covered outdoor entertaining area, pool and double garage.

Master Bedroom 1 - King bed and ensuite with freestanding bath and shower with views. Parent's retreat with private deck, kitchenette and study nook.

Middle Floor
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed and ensuite with shower and toilet

Bedroom 4 - 2 Single beds

Main bathroom with bath and shower.
Powder room.

*Lower Floor*
Bedroom 5 - King bed (default) or 2 Long Singles on request, and ensuite with shower and toilet. Includes sitting room with a Queen Foldout couch and TV. If you require, the king bed to be made into 2 singles. Near this bedroom is a new kitchen still being built as part of a 2025 renovation plan, however it is not for guest use at all please note as no services connected.

*Kitchen*
Cooking will not be a chore in this stunning, well equipped kitchen, with gas stovetop and wok burner, electric oven, dishwasher, Breville coffee machine (ground beans required) and stunning ocean views. The open plan design and stone top breakfast bench ensure the kitchen is the hub of the house when preparing those delicious casual meals.

*Entertainment and Living Areas*
Top Floor - Parent's retreat
Semi-self contained parent's retreat which includes a TV lounge with big comfy king couches, study nook, bar fridge, microwave and sink. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open onto a massive sundeck with large modular lounge and sun lounges.

Middle Floor - Main Living Area
Stunning open plan living and dining which opens onto the covered outdoor entertaining deck. The living room features 2 king lounges with a TV and Bose sound bar. The timber dinning table has 8 chairs and on the deck there is another 8-seater outdoor dining setting for those casual BBQ meals.

Lower Floor – Pool
More great outdoor entertaining space with a covered outdoor room that includes another casual outdoor setting, bench seats and specially built new room to play table tennis. Around the pool, there are 3 sun lounges for those who like to soak up the sun.
