This beautiful 2 story cottage sits quietly on an acre of property, surrounded on three sides by forest and fronted with an ocean view of Malpeque Bay on Prince Edward Island.
Featuring a large, open concept main floor, wrapped in windows on three sides, to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, and the fresh ocean breeze. The nicely equipped kitchen and plenty of space to relax will ensure you enjoy your time together! The deck wraps around the cottage on three sides and there is a stone fire pit to enjoy the evenings.
The cottage features 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor, and sleeps 7 comfortably, with queen beds in the master and second bedroom, and a single over a double bunk bed in the third room. The master has an en suite 2 piece bathroom, and a balcony to enjoy a beautiful ocean view with your morning coffee.
The cottage is centrally located, with a short 20 minute drive to full service Summerside, and a 50 minute drive to the largest city on the Island, Charlottetown.

This full-service home away from home features everything you need on vacation, with a well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities and all your towels and bedding.
A full service grocery store is located only minutes away in Kensington, en route to the cottage. Summerside - the second largest city on the Island is only 20 minutes away, with almost anything else you could possibly need on your time on the Island.
If arriving by air, the Charlottetown airport is a short 50 minute scenic drive from the cottage, along mostly Provincial highway.
The cottage sits just one lot back from wonderful walks along the warm waters of Malpeque Bay, with safe shallow water. The beach is rock and pebble, and there are swimming beaches in the very near vicinity at Cabot Provincial Park and Thunder Cove.
Malpeque Bay and Princetown Point or Kite Beach as it is known locally are famous for the best flat-water kitesurfing on the Island and are just 1000 meters from the cottage at the other end of Osprey Lane. The area also features a well-reviewed Kayak / stand-up paddleboard rental location. Closer to Cabot Provincial Park, just a 5 minute drive from the cottage - is a deepwater fishing outfitter, and an active local port to explore and buy world famous shellfish, and in particular - Malpeque Bay oysters!
Golf courses abound on the Island, with several courses within a short, quiet drive from your Island home!
The cottage sits one lot from beautiful Malpeque Bay, with a narrow pebble and sand beach where you can beachcomb for miles, in both directions.
For swimming and sunbathing, Cabot Provincial Park is a 5 minute drive away, with free access to one of the top beaches on Prince Edward Island. This beach has beautiful picnic and playpark facilities as well as an expansive sand beach and shallow safe warm water where your kids can play to their heart's content, without a worry in the world!
