Welcome to paradise! "Casa Dos Hondos II" is a bright, contemporary, single family, Key West style home located in the desirable waterfront gated resort community of Anglers Reef in Islamorada. The grounds and amenities are spectacular and feature a private heated pool on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, two private beaches, and a private community marina (dedicated boat slip available upon request)...all less than a 50-yard stroll from our back porch down the palm tree-lined paths of Islamorada's premier vacation retreat.
Casa Dos Hondos II features airy, high ceilings both upstairs and down, and an open layout on the first floor. The large kitchen was designed with gathering, cooking, and entertaining in mind! Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and tile backsplash adorn the kitchen which opens into the living and dining areas at the back of the home. Two islands in the kitchen allow for extra space for meal prep and dining. The dining area includes seating for six, and two barstools are provided for additional seating at one of the islands. The living room is equipped with a sofa with a pull-out bed, coffee table, two accent chairs with an end table, and a flat screen TV. Double doors off the living room open to the back porch which boasts views of the Atlantic Ocean and the community pool and marina.
The master suite upstairs features a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Additionally, the master suite has a private balcony with stunning views of the ocean as well as the community pool and marina.
Two secondary bedrooms each include a queen bed, and they share a spacious bathroom with a large vanity, plentiful storage space, and a walk-in shower. A full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor for our guests' convenience.
The upstairs landing doubles as a quiet reading niche with a comfy chair and end table for those looking to retreat to a cozy reading spot.
Anglers Reef is ideally located in Islamorada. It is a short drive to local marinas, dive shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, etc. The live music scene is fantastic with a variety of waterfront venues including great music, dazzling sunsets, festive drinks and waterfront dining. All within minutes of Casa Dos Hondos II either by car or Uber.
There are very few rules at Casa Dos Hondos II - first and foremost we want our guests to relax and have fun, and Casa Dos Hondos II is equipped with everything required for you to do so!
