Wow, is this beautiful! Amazing 3000 sq ft, 6 Bedroom Villa with 180 degree unobstructed Ocean and Whitewater Views from every room. Ideally located just a few steps from the sandy public Beach where Baywatch was filmed and the Getty Villa, a world famous museum, garden and cafe. It is only 5 minutes from the attractions, restaurants and shops in Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades and Malibu center and centrally located to reach all the other famous attractions like Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, etc. New, high end furniture including 2 very upscale and large leather sectional sofas (seating 12), dining set (seating 12), 5 King and 1 Queen beds (sleeping 12) and fully equipped for a large group or family. WiFi, 1 flat screen TV's, library, pillow top mattresses, high thread count sheets, beach chairs and umbrellas and many other comforts to assure you'll have a fabulous time here.
The Villa has an ideal floor plan with a huge Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms and half bath on one level. On the other level is the Master Suite with a full Bathroom, 3 more Bedrooms, the 2nd full Bathroom and Laundry Area with Washer/ Dryer. These rooms have panoramic ocean views and new designer furniture. Huge Ocean View Balconies on each level, as well as Panoramic Windows and Sliding Glass Doors. There is direct access from a 2 car Private Garage to the home, which is situated on a Private Drive Cul de Sac, very quiet and safe. An Oasis of Beauty and Peace with all the convenience of being close to town.
The Villa is closer to all the major Tourist Attractions than any other vacation rental Just 200 ft from us along the beach to Chart House Restaurant, where you can eat right on the water. Less than 1 mile from us to VONS shopping center, Starbucks Cafe, Gladstone's Restaurant, Spectrum Gym and Health Club. Just over 1 mile from our Villa to a beautiful Lake and Botanical Garden (open to the public and free of charge) as well as to the beginning of a Bike path that runs along the beach for a distance of 22 miles. Just 3 miles from our Villa to Malibu SCUBA and another 2 miles to the famous Malibu Pier and Restaurant, the fancy shops and movie theaters of Malibu, the famous Malibu Colony with the many mansions of celebrities and the Malibu Lagoon with great wildlife viewing. Pepperdine University, Malibu Country Club Golf Course as well as Malibu Paragliding and Paramotor are near there.
In the other direction along the beach, it is also just 5 miles from our Villa to the famous Santa Monica Pier and Ferris Wheel, Santa Monica Promenade Shopping, Restaurants and Movie Theaters, Broad Stage Theater and Concert Hall, Civic Auditorium. Only 1 1/2 miles further is the Venice Boardwalk and Muscle Beach, well known for it's artists and athletes alike. Another couple of miles and you're at Marina Del Rey Yacht Harbor, shops and restaurants, where you find boat charter, deep sea fishing, jet ski rental, SCUBA, whale watching and the ferry to Catalina Island.
Going inland from our Villa, it is only 12 miles to UCLA with many concerts and events and Westwood Village with lots of shops and restaurants. Only a little further are Century City and Beverly Hills with many fine shops and restaurants, e.g. on the famous Rodeo Dr. Now you are almost in the Museum District, with LACMA and MOCA, world famous art museums. You are now almost in Hollywood with big attractions like the walk of fame, Grauman's Chinese Theater, the Hollywood sign, Griffith Park and Observatory and the LA Zoo. Universal Studios Tour is near there and only a total of 21 miles from our Villa. Other big theme parks are Disneyland (45 miles from our Villa) and Magic Mountain (49 miles from our Villa), still amazingly close to our quiet Villa at the beach.
