Positive: The location and security aspects were really nice. The view was amazing.
Negative: Privacy was a bit of an issue due to the lack of curtains on the larger windows or the kids' bedroom windows. The kitchen window was unsafe due to people being able to see from the hallway, so we had to put a kid's blanket to cover the view. Also, the walls were cracking from the inside, and the toilet was not securely set in the master restroom.
