This beautiful Buck Island home will quickly become your home away from home. Enjoy lounging by the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, or reading in the ship's watch of this exceptional home. Buck Island is a private, gated community. Conveniently located near TimBuck II Shopping Village and Monteray Plaza, shopping and dining are just a short walk away. Buck Island community amenities include an Olympic swimming pool, hot tub, baby pool, playground, two tennis courts, a basketball court, a lighted ocean walkway with pergolas, and an Ocean-side cabana and showers. You will find four beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach daily between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
The ground level offers a den with a queen sofa bed with a TV and DVD player, an extra refrigerator, a full bath, laundry, and access to the pool and hot tub. The middle level features a primary bedroom with a TV and DVD player as well as a private deck. The queen primary bedroom has a TV and DVD player, plus a private deck. Two guest bedrooms overlook the pond which is inhabited by native birds, turtles, and occasionally, some otters. On the top level, a large great room, a dining room area with seating for 10 at the table and four at the breakfast bar, an entertainment center with a TV and DVD player as well as a stereo, and the gas fireplace are perfect amenities to enjoy while renewing old friendships. The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar provides a stage to prepare your tonight's masterpiece. The ship's watch is equipped for relaxing with a pub table and chairs. The primary bedroom has a TV and DVD player, a whirlpool tub, and access to a private deck.
Other amenities include a DVD library, games and puzzles, kid and adult-level books selections, two refrigerators, a whirlpool tub, and baby items that include a crib, baby gates, a highchair, and unlimited free local and long-distance calling throughout North America and Canada.

The pool is open from the end of April through mid-October.
For January and February bookings, please contact the property management company to ensure the hot tub is available.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.

Summary: House was nice! Pool was good. Needed drain fixed. Community very nice. Easy access to beach. A few items needed maintenance due to storms coming through in the evenings (AC top floor & internet access). Would stay again.
