Positive: The communication with the letting agent was fab, very responsive and accommodating.The proximity of the property was good, central and easy to get around surrounding areas. Lots of good local bars and restaurants

Negative: Where to start. The apartment is very noisy day and night due to its location right next to the motorway. Constant traffic noise, especially motorbikes. There is no air-conditioning, only a ceiling fan in the main living area and 1 of the 3 bedrooms. The doors onto the balcony of the living area to not lock. The balcony furniture is bare- no cushions or padding for the rattan sofa and chair. The kitchen is ok for equipment apart from only 4 coffee mugs (the apartment has capacity for 8 people) and 8 regular half glasses; there are no wine, pint, highball or cava glasses. The downstairs bathroom can only accommodate 1 small person, anyone over 5'10 cannot use the shower, this shower is not fixed to the wall, it's hand held so its awkward to use. 3 bedrooms upstairs; main bedroom has a ceiling fan, double bed (very uncomfortable) and no mirror. 2nd bedroom has a double bed (again uncomfortable due to a very tuin mattress) no ceioing fan/aircon but does have a mirror however itsnold and clouded so you cant see well in it and the last bedroom has 2 single beds, no mirror and no safely working electrical power point (its coming away from the wall, probably due to plugs getting stuck in it). The shower upstairs is spacious but old, the shower head needs replaced as does the vanity unit in the bathroom (the drawers come off the runners). If water is being used elsewhere in the apartment the water pressure in the shower is lost so only one person can shower at a time. There is a further double balcony leading off the main bedroom which has 4 sunloungers (which are great!) However the mats need cleaned. It would also be beneficial to have a table on this balcony to go with the random chairs stacked in the corner. There is an iron which leaks water. Great washing machine! Such a shame as the apartment has massive potential and has obviously been great at one point. The people in the surrounding apartments were lovely and friendly.
