Summary: Nice size house, dated and too much stuff. Temperature went down to 62 degrees in home and we were not allowed to use the heat or ac. Thermostat was locked. Dishes were chipped and pans had dead bugs in them. Water cooler was emptied and asked to have it replaced. We were told to drink the faucet water which was cloudy. We bought drinking water.
