A water lover’s paradise. A view like no other.
From the minute you open the front door, you'll see the emerald green ocean in front of you with the pool at your back. The condo is just steps away from sand and sun with chairs and toys provided. Enjoy your morning coffee under the umbrella on the 3rd floor deck, watching the waves roll in and the dolphins playing.
Pier Pointe 2B3 has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and a Complete MASTER BATH REMODEL with a large walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and a 47 inch flat screen in the living room. The living room is equipped with a blu-ray DVD, Netflix, surround sound, and wireless internet.
This unit is newly redecorated with granite countertops and living room furniture. Outdoor furniture is railing-height Polywood chairs for unencumbered views of the ocean. The kitchen is a cook's delight; well equipped. No longer will you need to lug bottled water to the unit because there is a newly installed REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER FILTER including filtered ice. Just bring a water bottle!!
The condo's interiors are especially comfortable for relaxing after the day at the beach and recharging your battery for your next adventure. Best of all Lowe's food in Cape Carteret will deliver your grocerys to the door for $19.99 (must have paypal account) and give you a 2 hour window for delivery (my wife and I love this perk).
In the fall, day passes are available for 4 wheel drive vehicles; load up the fishing poles. Access is adjacent to Pier Pointe.
