This condo is right ON the beach, first floor in the middle. You can watch the surf and people while cooking in the kitchen or just sitting in the living room. It is great anytime of the year, in the winter you can watch the storms come in and the waves hug the rocks below the deck. In the summer you can walk on the 7 miles of beach, hike, fish, explore, shop or just sit on the balcony and watch the people. There is a creek that runs beside the condo where the children can play with out worrying about the waves getting to them. Rockaway Beach also has things going on during the year at the Wayside parking on the other side of the creek where the Chamber of Commerce is located , there is also a train that you can ride in the summer. There are two bedrooms each with a television, two bathrooms and a hide-a-bed in the living room. The living room also has a television, DVD and a fireplace which uses fire logs (no wood please). There are puzzles and games for all ages. There is a BBQ on the balcony. There is a washer, dryer, ironing board and hair dryer available for your use.
