If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
Summer 2023: 6/24-8/19 This home will be accepting 7 night reservations coming in on Saturday of each week. Bookings made on any other day of the week will be subject to cancellation unless guest can stay Saturday to Saturday.
The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.
