This condo offers an exceptional environment for either a romantic getaway, the adventurous water sports enthusiast, or just those people looking for a relaxing vacation in the sun. The apartment has an amazing view of Orient Beach, St. Barth, Tintamarre, and Pinel Island.
Newly renovated this condo has a full size kitchen complete with, electric cook-top, dishwasher, under-counter refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and washing machine. The unit also has a beautifully designed, European style bathroom with large walk-in shower and large marble vanity.
There is a King size bed and the living area has a dining table that seats four and two very large comfortable chairs that are great for viewing the beach and ocean from the terrace.
This unit comes equipped with A/C, Electric Shutters, safe, high speed DSL, ipod/iphone doc, clock radio, a large flat screen TV, with both American and French cable channels, iron / ironing board, hair dryer, and curling iron, We also furnish our guests with bed linens, bath, hand and face towels, 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Our guest are also provided with a local cell phone, programmed with local business numbers, for their personal use.
The residence has 24-hour Video Surveillance, Security, oversized swimming pool, tennis courts, free parking, Laundry, Small Convenience Store and Pizzeria.

Summary: Property was very quiet and close to the beach. The apartment had everything you would need. Two things…one it is listed on VRBO as one bedroom and it really is a studio and two there was an issue with the toilet and it looked like is was an ongoing issue as the lever covers were off the toilet when we arrive. The host was going to send in a plumber but we resolved it ourselves. Would stay in Orient Bay again.
