This beautiful condo is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building, that only has 9 units. The view is incredible, at least 30 miles of beach, unobstructed view. There is a bedroom with 2 double beds and one twin, and one bath, and the beach-front room is combination of kitchen, living room, and dining room. Perfect for couples!! The building is called "The Grand Strand Resort I” in North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove section. It is conveniently located at 2000 N Ocean Blvd 29582. One unit. Sorry, no pets or children under 12. Also, not handicapped accessible. We do not have an elevator. The unit is on the second floor. **** Note: We do not provide towels or linens. Please bring your own sheets (2 double beds & one twin) pillow cases, towels and rags for kitchen & bath, and beach towels ****Also, we only accept reservations that are paid through the website, vrbo. We DO NOT accept direct payment to owner. Please do not even pursue doing that. Thank you.

Summary: Very old & small unit. Needs some updating, but the location makes up for all that. At the end of the day all you need is a place to sleep & spend your time @ the beach! Very clean i.e. no sand on floor, no hair in bathroom/tub/floor.
