The updated and fully stocked kitchen is outfitted with all stainless-steel appliances so you can cook up your favorite meals. The Grand Coquina Condominium is located off of South A1A in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. The Grand Coquina has significantly more common area than other oceanfront condominiums, with the first three floors dedicated to communal use. Our 3-story parking garage is uniquely above ground and parking spots are not assigned, unless specially marked. Common area floors include an Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, His/Her's Steam Rooms, 2 Exercise Rooms, a quaint Library, and a Hobby room for art and crafts. Other common areas include the Atrium Lobby, entered as you walk through newly installed sliding glass doors, the Penthouse Clubroom, found on the top floor with a breathtaking oceanfront balcony, and our Outdoor Pool and Patio, located on the South side of the building and currently undergoing what we've dubbed "Outdoor Beautification" will feature a wonderful array of outdoor amenities.
