Contemporary Ocean Front Beauty. Managed by seasoned 5 star Premier Partner host with multiple Guest Favorite properties. Second floor condo elevated above the Mission Beach boardwalk. Walk right across boardwalk onto the beach. Sleeps up to 11 comfortably in three bedrooms and living room housing 7 new beds. Two full bathrooms. Four levels inside provide separation and privacy between guests: helpful for larger or multi-generational groups. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and many new or nearly new furnishings throughout. A parking space is included and a second may be available at nominal cost. Short walking distance to all the action yet well buffered from it. Two to three minute stroll along the boardwalk to Belmont park and all the eateries/restaurants, but private, quiet, peaceful and luminescent. It also has access to a portion of the patio below from 9am until sunset - see photos for visual and details.
