A cozy two bedroom Cape Cod cottage, located on a quiet lane, less than 1/3 mile from Brewster’s most popular and scenic Paines Creek Beach. A beautiful hydrangea filled private yard with an enclosed outdoor shower, along with a comfy living room and a large three season porch. A well equipped kitchen, updated bath makes this home the ideal vacation destination. Just a quick stroll around the corner you will find a coffee shop and a charming breakfast and lunch cafe, a Liquor store, distinctive shopping at the LemonTree Shops, and Kate’s ice-cream and fried food. Don’t miss taking the family for a beach sunset hayride with town legend Sparky or short bike ride to the Ladies Library and the historical Brewster General store and Scoop Ice cream shop.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at this quiet, cozy cottage. The kids loved the secluded backyard and the safety of being on a quiet street. Kate’s seafood is a quick walk away for ice cream. We packed it up for a 15 minute walk to Paine’s creek beach. Only complaint is that we would have loved some hooks on the bathroom door to hang our towels.
