Parking at or near the house:
There is room for a small compact car in the garage or most regular sized vehicles can fit within the gate inside the drive way.
Parallel street parking is available near the house but due to the popularity of the area, spaces go quickly throughout the day.

Security and Parking: This property has a telescopic sliding gate for security and access to a parking space in the front of the home as well as direct access to the garage. Please note, the garage is small and will be a tight fit for most vehicles. There is also a pedestrian gate to enter the property from the front as well. Street parking also available, first come first serve.
No wet clothes or towels left on furniture or floors upstairs.
PLEASE READ: There is a $200 fine for misuse of the hot tub including but not limited to sand, food, drinks, excessive body lotions and oils, and damage. If the water is left murky, and discolored and requires a full change, you WILL be charged.
Wet towels and clothes should either go in the utility sink in the laundry room or hang outside on the hooks provided near the outdoor shower.
Wash sand off of feet, shoes, and toys before entering the house. Please rinse off all sand before entering the hot tub or house. Using the hose, or outdoor shower is easily accessible for this purpose.
Neighborhood quiet time after 10 pm.
If using the master bedroom fireplace, please open and close the flu accordingly. Please turn the gas off fully after using the fireplace and or fire pit.
