We rent Sunday to Sunday in Summer Beautiful, Bright, Pristine home located in the heart of Ocean Beach. Located close to town and close to ocean. House is located north of Midway.

Summary: I had never been to FI. I do have friends who live there. I don't think I will go back. Keeping that in mind: The stay was not cheap. I am aware that property is expensive there. A day or two of elbow grease would have made all the difference (in addition to screens that might actually not be broken and therefore might keep out the mosquitoes). I live in a virtual palace, but I clean it myself and know what it takes to take care of a home. A quick vacuuming and changing of the sheets is not enough. Wash the windows, clean under the mat in the bathtub, clean the GIANT SLIMY RANCID clump out of the bathtub drain/off the drain plug, scrub the kitchen sink. DO SOMETHING for the $ besides make a profit or pay the mortgage - your guests are paying for something too: a house that doesn't make you tiptoe and cringe.
