Summary: This hotel is definitely not 4 star. The room was dated, the bathroom door was rotted from water damage, they didn’t refill the body wash in the shower for our entire stay. The local area is so noisy at night with street vendors setting up to sell bootleg items at 11pm. My next visit to Istanbul will be at a different hotel.
