Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location, 5 minutes walking to the beach. Very nice pool and outside area. Rooms are big and clean. Good variety of drinks at the pool bar for all inclusive guests. Staff at the pool and bar were very nice.
Negative: Very strict rules, everything is paid extra including the safe in the room. The schedules do not make sense: pool is only open between 10h30 and 19h, although guests receive information that it is open until 19h30. Either way, it is very early considering in the summer the sun only sets at 21h. Lunch is from 13h to 15h, it starts very late. At the restaurant, cleanliness is poor, the majority of dishes and cutlery are dirty. The food lacks variety and flavour, it was disappointing. During the weekend there was a DJ at the pool that ruined our rest. Music was very loud and people were complaining. It did not make sense to have that type of music almost all day.
