Stay in the heart of Sandestin's Baytowne Village where all the action is! This 2br/2ba condo is located in Observation Pointe building of Baytowne Wharf! Upon entering the condo, the kitchen is to your left and is fully stocked to cook a compete meal for nights when you want to stay in. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 3. With the open floor plan, you will find the living area beyond the breakfast bar. The spacious living room has a sleeper sofa and flat screen tv. Next to the living space is the dining area which has seating for 4. The condo has a huge balcony with a foosball table and seating for morning coffee.
This unt is very kid friendly and we provide each guest with access to board games, a foosball table, and an vintage Atari video game console.
You will enter the master bedroom just beyond the dining table and it has a king bed and flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a twin bed with twin trundle and flat screen TV. The second bathroom is located to the right as you enter the condo and has a walk in shower.
Our condo is not far from the glistening pool and hot tub and the heading the other direction will lead you to the action of The Village of Baytowne Wharf.
Shuttle passes are available for guest use! Please present them to the Sandollar Transportation Shuttle out front of the building. The shuttle will be available to take guests to the beach
