This spacious townhouse is located in Laconia’s South Down Shores (Paugus Bay). South Down is a gorgeous gated community offering spectacular views of Lake Winnipesaukee. This unit has multi-levels of living space with three bedrooms and sleeps 9 guests comfortably. Plenty of bathroom space (2.5), a newer kitchen and cable TV are just a few of the bonus amenities you will enjoy here. Additional vacation “must haves” are provided to make your vacation stay as comfortable; coffee maker, wine glasses, blender, and washer/dryer, iron (and board!). The Gables also offers a newly renovated private pool with clubhouse, tennis courts, and a quaint children's play area. This home is just steps away from a large sandy beach and day docks as well as provides access to the many walking trails, streams and ponds running throughout the community. South Down is convenient to downtown Laconia, Meredith, and historic Weirs Beach; this location is perfect for summer or winter vacationers of all ages. PLEASE NOTE: linens and towels are not included in this rental. Please inquire about renting these items when confirming your reservation as they are first come, first served.
