This is a 1 level home, only Pocahontas room has stairs.
We have both private pool POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING and the community pool.
Each bunk can support up to 250 lbs.
We have a grill. Host is not responsible to refill propane tank. No extra charge to use grill but must be cleaned before check out to avoid $40 cleaning fee.

No Shoes in the House
NO PARTIES - This is a residential community, quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, during this time noise must be kept to a minimum. If you throw a party at the house, this will result in the neighbors calling the police, your reservation will be immediately terminated and we will charge you a fine of $1.000.
NO PETS- Any pets brought into the home you will be charged $425 for cleaning and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.
If you have a service dog you must provide the supportive documents prior to your reservation.
NO SMOKING- No smoking anywhere on the property. You will be charged a fine of $200 and your reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund. Subject to $500 Cleaning fee
Please be aware that there are security cameras outside of the home that will detect how many guests are entering the home.
For all gaming equipment If there is any damage or loss to the equipment in the home you will be responsible for the full replacement cost.
No street parking after 8pm or your vehicle will be towed by security.
Driveway can fit only 3 vehicles
The grill can be used with no extra charge as long as it is cleaned prior to check out. If not you will be subject to a $70 cleaning fee. You are responsible for purchasing propane for use.
