Positive: The house was nearly brand new and was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. There was a sectional outdoor couch on the deck, and it was really nice to sit out there in the afternoon. The kitchen was decently stocked and had very nice cutlery, plates, bowls etc. They have a number of different streaming platforms so you can watch almost anything.
Negative: The communication with the hosts was a bit off. They were arguing about the checkout time, and I had to prove via the booking, and the information binder at the house that check out was at 11 am, not 10 am. I was charged a $270 cleaning fee, yet we had to strip all the beds and take all the garbage out. This was the first time I had to do more than just dishes and basic upkeep. The cooking pans could definitely be replaced, they are scratched up.
