Oak Tree is a lovely lakeside lodge on a 40 acre estate in leafy mid Devon. Hosting two bedrooms: one double and one twin, able to sleep a total of four guests and served by a family shower room. It offers an open-plan living room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside has an enclosed decking area with furniture, shared on-site laundry facilities and off-road parking. On site there is much to do for all with excellent facilities including 7 fishing lakes, a children's play park, animals, a large club house with shop, bar and restaurant. Oak Tree is a wonderful choice for a family break to rural Devon.

Shared use of laundry with washing machines and tumble dryers (coin operated), fishing lake, games room and children's play area. Fishing £25 per person per week. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and restaurant on-site. Note: There are a number of lakes at this property, children should be supervised. Note: A Tramper All Terrain mobility scooter available to hire.
