Travel Purpose: business

Positive: was very confusing and instruction sucks. waited 1.5 hours for the customer service to call back withours locks code and the local customer service desk dont have any clue of ours reservation and or never very helpful and seem to dont give a phuck if we get in to ours rental or not.

Negative: customer service especially the local customer service.

Summary: all in all was not bad except the local customer service desk.
