You can control all the lights, lock and unlock the doors, play music, ask her travel questions, get info on local places to shop or eat in the area, ask her the weather, have her set an alarm or reminder, play games, and the list goes on and on.
-Parking can be hectic being that we are so close to the UBS Arena/ Belmont Park, but no need to worry because you have Free parking in your own private driveway for up to 2 cars.

We are located right down the block to the bus stop which can take you directly to Queens where you can take the subway to Manhattan.
Car ride to Manhattan is only 30 minutes. Can be up to 1 hr depending on traffic/rush hour.

18 minutes to Citi field
18 min to LaGuardia airport

-We also provide a Queen sized air mattress for guests who prefer that over our 2 sofa beds in the living room.

As you have read through our listing so far, you may have guessed already what our #1 most important rule is...If you guessed NOISE LEVELS, you guessed correctly! Even though you and your guests may be on vacation, unfortunately our neighbors are not that lucky and have to get up in the morning for work or school. Please keep that in mind and be considerate to our neighbors. Thank you in advance.
*QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. Please refrain from loud, Amplified music/ excessive noise no matter the time of day... ESPECIALLY after 10pm. While it is OK to play music outside during non-quiet hours, please keep it at personal levels and not so the whole neighborhood hears it. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of neighbors and use "indoor" voices. It is ok to play music at higher levels indoor. (Alexa speakers on volume level 10 is Ok. Keep all doors and windows closed at all times so noise doesn't travel outside. Please respect the rules and most importantly our neighbors. (*Noise level monitors are inside and outside the house. These do not record audio. Only monitors noise levels/decibels. FYI...Alexa speakers on volume level 10 would not set these off.
*Absolutely NO PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS OR EVENTS*
*NO un-registered, UN-AUTHORIZED guests, including visitors (even if not spending the night). We have a very STRICT 4 guest maximum occupancy. Only guests on the reservation is allowed in the home. Violation of this will result in reservation being cancelled immediately without refund and/or a $100 fee per person over 4. PLEASE discuss prior with hosts for approval of any visitors.
*Please do not stick or tape anything to the walls. Please be mindful of the wallpaper and do not lean anything on the walls. Any damages or results in up to $500 fee.
*No smoking, vaping inside of home. smoking is allowed in the backyard by the designated smoking area only. There will be a $500 fee if there's a smell of any smoke inside the house.
*Pet fee: $49. 1 pet limit under 30lbs. Pet fee covers extra deep cleaning costs. Any additional pets will result in additional $99 fee and/or reservation being cancelled with no refund. Please inquire first with hosts if you have more than 1 pet.
*Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 11am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on:

*Our cleaners arrive promptly @ 11:00am. They charge $50 per 30 minutes they have to wait after 11:00am.

CAMERAS ARE NOT ACTIVELY MONITORED. Please do not remove, touch any cameras or disconnect, unplug WI-FI. This will result in the reservation being canceled without refund.

*Guests will be responsible for any BROKEN, DAMAGED, MISSING items. Additional charges will apply.
-ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI, NO SILLY STRING, NO FEATHERS AND BALLOONS. Any excessive messes will result in an addition $200 fee
*We know accidents do happen. Please alert hosts of any damages immediately, so we can rectify and plan to repair as needed.
