Positive: The villa is quite new and nicely designed, with bright and spacious interiors. It has a small and refeshing pool, laundry area and two comfy bathrooms. The area is aside and quiet.
Negative: - lack of cleaning service (during our stay we didn't get the service not even once, despite the fact that we asked for it, because the garden area was full of fallen leaves and the garbage was lying on the sun heat for few days) - no sunbeds in the villa - our sun time over the pool was spent on uncomfortable plastic chairs - there are local cats coming over to the villa and chasing for food plus making a lot of noise. We are not a cat lovers, so for us it was extremely disturbing - the location without a car is problematic (far from any nearest shop or bar, 25 mins walking from the landmark, and even local taxi/tuk tuk drivers didn't know how to get there
