Positive: Friendly, reliable and very reactive manager (they solved some issues we had within the day, including changing the wash-machine!); appreciated the welcome gift of local pastries :) Good location with easy parking availability, with small Maristella beach at walking distance and various others few minutes away by car. Spacious kitchen, useful for stays of several days. Smart TV with several options (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
Negative: Slow and unstable WiFi (fine for a couple of days, but not for a long stay, especially if you need to work or want to watch Smart TV – which owner said will look into). Humid shower with bad smell (maybe due to ventilation, which owner said will look into). Uncomfortable pillows (which owner said will consider replacing). Cut of the house does not give the feeling of 120 sqm and does not allow for at least 2 separate spaces where people can act independently (e.g. work and watch tv); the fact that the space is spread over 3 floors creates unsafe areas by the stairs and, in the bedroom under the roof, risk of hitting your head if you are tall.
