The Space:
Open plan living, dining & kitchen area with adjoining large covered deck. Two bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom which has full-sized shower, bathtub, vanity & wc. The bathroom provides step free access, step free shower with hand held shower head + grab rail adjacent to the wc.
The large sheltered rear deck is fully equipped with gas BBQ, outdoor dining & lounge furniture offering the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco meal or settle in for the day.
Guest Access:
We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property or leave keys available for self check-in. Please let us know your preference. Guest have full access to the premises excluding the locked 3rd bedroom.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION LICENCE AGREEMENT - upon booking confirmation you will receive an email containing a link to accept the terms of the Holiday Accommodation Licence Agreement. This document must be completed or the booking will cancel. Valid Australian ID is required.
REFUNDABLE GUEST SECURITY DEPOSIT - A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 is payable.
•For bookings of 5 nights or less the deposit will be by way of card 'pre-authorisation' hold.
•For bookings of 6 nights or more the deposit is payable by way of Electronic Funds Transfer to our Real Estate Trust Account.
Security deposits will be refunded/released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages or losses.
• Please note, some 3rd party booking sites do handle security deposits on guests behalf - please let us know if you have any questions at all.
