Brighton Cottage is a Luxury 30A premier rental property in beautiful Rosemary Beach. Both Brighton Cottage and our other home, the adjacent Brighton Carriage House (see separate VRBO listing # 2062576) are located on the desirable gulf side, are just over 125 yards to the beach steps, and even closer to the award-winning Coquina Pool. All of Rosemary's most popular amenities -- beach, community pools, shopping, restaurants, fitness center, tennis, playground -- are within a 5-minute walk of Brighton Cottage yet privacy and seclusion are yours as you sit on one of the outdoor porches and listen to the sounds of the sea. Professionally and exquisitely decorated, Brighton Cottage has a chic and contemporary feel. It features an open living room with high ceilings, an upgraded kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and an amazing antique French Oak dining table. One of two master bedrooms is located on the first floor. The second floor features another master bedroom, an additional bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a bunk room with built-ins. A family room/sitting area (complete with sleeper sofa) and an office are also found on the second floor. A spiral staircase with custom railing leads to the third-floor loft area that has gulf glimpses. Other features include granite countertops and Travertine flooring on the first floor, natural pecan hardwood flooring on the second and third floors, custom Roman shades, maple woodwork and built-ins throughout, oversized showers with Rainheads, and custom maple platform king-size beds in both master suites. TVs are in every bedroom and there is a flat-panel 50" TV in the main floor living room. There is a grill, outdoor shower, and ample outdoor furniture for you to lounge in, including a six-person table next to the fountain. While at Rosemary Beach do as little or as much as you like. You can spend the entire day on the beach or take advantage of the many activities available to you -- bicycle riding, parasailing, golfing, shopping, and tennis just to name a few. Rosemary has four community pools, one of which is heated and fully enclosed and another -- the Coquina Pool -- is heated when needed. Pamper yourself at the Solace Day Spa or Spa Pearl, take a class at the fitness center, do some shopping, and eat in one of the many nearby restaurants. Whatever you do, you can't help but be taken in by some of the most beautiful, white sandy beaches you'll find anywhere in the world and by the elegant, serene, architecture and surroundings of Rosemary Beach.
