Summerspell is a 30-unit complex located centrally on Scenic Highway 98 directly across from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. You will love the location! Summerspell 101 is the first floor end unit and is the closest unit to the beach. You are just a few steps from the white sandy beach and the emerald green Gulf of Mexico. The six mile bike and pedestrian path is adjacent to the complex. Pompano Joe's beachfront restaurant, a favorite among locals and tourists alike, is located one block away. Our unit features a queen bed in the master bedroom, twin bunk beds in the hallway and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Pocket doors in the master bedroom and the hallway at the living area provide privacy. The bathroom can be accessed from the master bedroom or the hallway. There is porcelain tile throughout the unit. The french doors open onto a spacious covered porch where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets and Gulf breeze. The seasonally heated pool and hot tub are a few steps from the porch. The unit has been updated with fresh paint, renovated kitchen with granite countertops and the sparkling clean condition of the unit. We live here in Destin and personally clean and maintain the condo to assure our guests have an enjoyable stay in the unit.
