Summary: This is a new home and very comfortable. It is close to Brownwood and very easy to get everywhere! The beds are comfortable and the recliners are set up to watch TV! You can walk to the pool, the tennis/pickleball courts and the mailboxes. Paula thought of everything. The kitchen is set up to cook (if you want) and the appliances are great. We did not use the grill but there is one in the garage for your use! All in all you cannot go wrong staying here. Keep it clean if you have pets….Everything is light colors and looks lovely! So clean up and try to keep it nice.
