If you arrive early, feel free to park at the unit, but please do not go in until cleaning and inspection is completed.
Walk to the beach & town from this end unit townhome. Unit boasts a modern kitchen (fully stocked with equipment and some pantry items) with breakfast bar. Updated bathrooms. Front and side decks, outdoor shower and garage full of beach fun (4 adult bikes, beach chairs, bicycle cart, ping pong table). Chair & umbrella rentals are also available at the beach.
Bethany Proper Community offers a large pool and tennis/pickleball courts for you to use at no extra fees. Pool is open May (apprx) - labor day weekend. Your car is not needed to enjoy beach or town. There are 2 parking spaces only (one in front of our garage door & the other in front of our deck). parking in town can be pre-purchased online at www.townofbethanybeach.com. Bethany Beach is the perfect beach town with the perfect balance of fun for the entire family.

Summary: The property was just a 2 minute bike ride away from the town center which has bike racks everywhere. Owner provided a parking pass as well which works on beach lots and side streets. Large bedrooms. Large kitchen. I would do it all over again. Owner was very easy to work with.
