Positive: We loved the lookout to our room of the lake definitely worth the upgrade. Excellent location within walking distance of central Queenstown. Staff were very friendly and helpful with any query we had. Room was clean.
Negative: Shame there was a lot of council works right out the front (assume council). Plus the lifts weren't working for most of our visit. Also the corridors were narrow and it seemed house keeping trolleys were always in the way.
Summary: Queenstown is lovely! The hotel was nice and affordable. May decide to stay somewhere more modern
