This property was my grandmother's. It's full of love and memories. Close to downtown and Pioneer Park. Boasts a beautiful bar, pool table, shuffle board, and lots of games!
Eclectic home built in 1870's. Walking distance to historic downtown, and Pioneer Park. Lots of stained glass, paintings and unique lighting. This nostalgic home has an old time bar, pool table, and shuffle board. I hope my guests make use of the record player, complete with lots of records! This home also comes with CDs, cassettes, VHS, and DVDs to add to the charm! (Wi-Fi available free to guests) This was my grandmothers home and I am happy to share all the love that resides here.
The space:
My grandmother bought this home in the 90's. She was an artist so her paintings remain on the walls. It has two large bedrooms; the master has its own bathroom and access to the back porch. We are continuing to do a lot of renovations, remodeling and upgrades.
Guest access:
The glass house on the property can get very hot in the Summer and the floor is slippery in the Winter. Guests are not banned from going in, but please beware. (remember to turn off the lights )
Other things to note:
* My grandmothers cat (15 yrs old) lives on the property, the neighbor feeds her in the wood shed.
* We are doing lots of work on the house, making it more accommodating.
* I would love my guests to post pics of the great time they have on its insta @nevadacityairbnb
* Well behaved and potty trained dogs are welcome! However, there is a fee per dog, per trip. An additional cleaning fee of $100 will be required if dog poo, pee, vomit, etc. is left behind for the cleaning crew.
*You will find an assortment of spices, sugar, flour, vinegars, oils and such in the pantry. There will be some coffee and sweets provided to kick start your vacation!
*Condiments in the refrigerator are "use at your own risk". Check expiration dates.
