Inside a nature reserve, this house connects you to nature and to each other in revitalizing ways.
Many writers and documentary filmmakers came here and were inspired in it .
It overlooks a deep river basin, with ocean views. You will experience beauty and quietness in a very protected environment
In a gated Community, 12 kms north of Nosara with many owner-occupied homes close by.
Inside the Blue zone, Within the Rio Rosario River Basin, which has probably the finest microclimate on Costa Rica 's Pacific Ocean Coast.
Just minutes from several great restaurants and easy drives to Nosara or Liberia over 3 new bridges built recently .
This House offers jungle and ocean views and unforgettable sunsets . You hear crashing waves and will be able to swim in a 60' infinity -edge lap pool, always with perfect swimming temperatures and for lounging upon. The House sits 300'up and 1/2 km back up from the ocean near perfect year-round temperatures. all concrete construction with wood and AC in both bedrooms . the House stays cool all day long. Lush tree canopies attract monkeys and bird close. The sound of nature will prevail.
Two bedrooms with King size bed sit on opposite ends of the house. Each of them have private bathroom with large walking sliding glasses doors with jungle view. The bedrooms walls open on glass sliding doors to allow refreshing breeze to flow through. The living room has also wall glasses and luxury ceiling fans opening on a large outside deck facing the ocean and the pool with a canopy bed.
There is a large gourmet open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and a new fridge . An outside bbq allows you to grill in the near patio outside the kitchen There is an outside shower facing a garden and the jungle
Wireless Internet service is provided. A garage is also available for the car . Cleaning, pool and landscape services included and also concierge services too.

The region's best safe swimming and snorkeling beaches are 2km away in San Juanillo
With the large deep lap pool outside of most rooms the house is not for young kids unable to swim; We prefer to rent to one or two couples with people who know how to swim.

There is an alarm and guests are strongly encouraged to put it in at night and when they are leaving the house

Summary: This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we could not have picked a better property to introduce us to the magic of the jungle and it's surrounding beauty. Walking in the home for the first time you feel the open plan design and unique outdoor lifestyle this property offers. The 60' infinity pool is stunning and very inviting. The outdoor shower made the pool more enjoyable. This gated property offers amazing privacy and a security. The architectural design of this home is really exceptional. The whole 24' wall of the living room opens onto the covered porch where we spent our evenings enjoying the sunset and sounds of the jungle. The view waking up in the morning was amazing. Listening to the numerous birds and the occasional howler monkeys in the neighborhood. This is one of those properties you don't want to leave.... The property does require renting a 4X4 which I found was common in CR. The communication with the owner and local property manager was excellent. I highly recommend this home if you are looking for an amazing jungle experience!
